I remember reading the Robert Munsch books to the kids when they were younger. Of course I went a little crazy with all the repetition, but the kids loved it, they couldn't get enough of it.

I agree with other posters. When kids read favorite books over and over it builds their confidence, fluency, word knowledge, comprehension and other important reading skills. Do activities that expand on what he likes to read, building on skills e...
I know that this is frustrating, but it's okay! Let your son read the same books over and over again, and "sneak" in a new one when you can. For example, my son wouldn't read anything new, and I ordered Flat Stanley from school for him. Guess what...
