Do you have a Twitter account? What do you tweet about?

I tweet about my fight with breast cancer and being a brand new mom. I am trying to find more people to follow me so that my story will help spread awareness:

Dr. Neddermeyer:

I live in NYC and I was wondering If you can recommend me to a Specialist in Hypnosis. I got your website address from Momswithanxiety.com/twittermom and I wanted to see if I can actually meet someone in person who can help me be free of Anxiety/Depression. I can't help but feel that there is something more in my subconcious mind that I have not worked out and can't be free of this condition because of this. That's why I need a referral to someone that can help me bring out whatever "it is" out.

Thank you.

Dr. Neddermeyer,

Thank you for your reply. I am currently on both Prozac and Klonopin. I have been weening off these medications for some time now. I am praying to God that I will be able to deal with life's struggle without medication, but it's probably not time yet.

I know that Klonopin is addictive and having been on it for 10 years (taking 1 mg per day) I can't help but feel like I have to learn to conform to the fact that I might be on it forever. It definitely has been easier to cut down on Prozac (taking 20 mg per day now) and I am hoping that I will be able to stop using this by next year. I am wondering if you know of any other similar medication to Klonopin that I can switch to now, which is less addictive and will make it easier to stop taking all my medications by next year.

If you can give me any advice on this I would appreciate it very much. Any suggestions you might have on medications, I will speak to my Psychiatrist and suggest to him so that I meet my medication-free goal.

Thank you for your time.
