Check out the Twittermoms groups (we have something for everybody). The Twittermoms discussions are quite entertaining, too. Or, just get to know your fellow Twittermoms by browsing some Twittermoms profiles or searching for moms who share your interests, add friends, and start twittering with some incredibly smart and interesting moms.

PS: Let your friends know when you're on twittermoms with a click of the Announce Yourself link in your welcome box. If your Twitter friends are interested, they can check out the cool new place you've found!

Again -- if there is anything I can do for you, please let me know.

In the medical community, this treatment modality was viewed as lacking any sound scientific basis and was mostly employed and advocated by our midwife colleagues who were clearly more open to alternative forms of medical intervention.

Antioxidants are necessary to combat free radicals in our body and it is often these free radicals which render our bodies vulnerable to disease processes. It is important to note that this article is not intended to address "abnormal" clinic… Continue

A Common Problem Seen During Pregnancy: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome!!!!

Carpal tunnel syndrome is the result of increased pressure on the median nerve in your wrist. Swelling from pregnancy causes compression of this nerve. There is no room for the tissues in the wrist to expand because of a constrictive fibrous band and this is what keeps the pressure on the nerve causing the symptoms.

Pregnancy can often cause carpal tunnel syndrome to manifest itself for the first time or exacerbate the problem if it is already present.

With the increasing number of individuals… Continue
