Author of The UltraMind Solution

Dr. Mark Hyman is a sought-after medical consultant, three-time New York Times bestselling author, educator, and a leader in the emerging field of functional medicine. Functional medicine treats the underlying biological cause of disease, instead of managing or masking symptoms. It is the change people have been waiting for—the future of conventional medicine, available now. Functional medicine is more successful in treating illness and disease, and the solution to the epidemic of chronic disease. Dr. Hyman’s new book, The UltraMind Solution, has just been released by Scribner.

Dr. Hyman,
Hi there! I was interviewed for a podcast at www.glocalfamily.com and wanted to let you know that I ended up rambling quite a bit about your book. The topic was gluten free...but I went on to stress healthy eating. It's kind of a lengthy podcast, but your book is somewhere in the middle! :-)

Wow, very informative. My son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes this week, and I am on the lookout for some great books.

Hello Dr. Hyman,
Thanks for your reply. I started a new blog and have links to your work mentioned in some posts that are scheduled for the next few days. I put your page in the track back, but I don't know how that works or if you'll get notified. I try to blog about people I read/follow, etc when it relates to my theme of growing courageous kids. You fit! ;-)
Thanks,

Michelle

It's MUCH better now. I was looking for a list of these supplements (from previous research) and looking for books on how to get the family "clean" (beyond gluten free). I literally took dairy out of the family's diet at dinner tonight. (Only one out of four complaints...not bad!) This is terrific information and I look forward to your blogs and tweets. I just have to start changing my recipes on my blog site to GFCF. It's time. THANKS for joining us!
p.s. Who published your latest book? It wasn't Wiley was it?
