- Hey Elena how are you.... just wanted to drop in and say hello and that I have thought long and hard about which blender is going to be a staple in my new RAW kitchen....I am going to go with the Vita-Mix because after researching for the past few months-it's provides me with just about everything that I need. I will us the affliate code that you gave me when I place my order.....Are there any RAW books that you recommend for starters?

- Hi Elena thanks for responding back. I will be sure to browse those sites. I use Nutiva Organic Extra virgin Coconut oil for a hair moisturizer. Iove it. I also use a little for skin moisturizer.

- Hi Elena, to answer your questions ...Dominica is wonderful but paradise is definitely what you make it! It would be hard for me to give you so much information on the place as everyone's experience is different. Best thing to do is research and let me know if you have any very specific questions that I could help with.
