Hi Erin! My son is 6 months old now. He was born in May, at 29 weeks. I got very ill with HELLP syndrome and had an emergency c-section. It was one of the scariest experiences of my life! Seriously! I wish it upon no one! He is doing great! He has acid reflux, but other than that is completely healthy and normal. Small for 6 months, but growing like a weed! Nice to meet you!
Hi Erin,
I am going to post a message on my blog that may help you. I had thought it could be something that could really help you to organize some of your daily supplies. They come on wheels and you could move them around if needed. I know its not enough space for all of your supplies, but you could store your surplus in the big bins. Give me about an hour to get it posted. Thanks
Are they ones that you use daily...or stock? If you get rubbermaid bins...you want them to be clear so you can see what is in them. For you daily supplies the rolling clear plastic drawers are great. What equipment does he have? J-tube? Suction? Can he eat orally?
I am pretty organized...but things around here are far from perfect. Sorting through things can be the hardest part. You just have to think it this "item" more important then the space I want to have.
Erin, Did you get any help on the layout of your place? Did you just move there? Fill me in a little bit and I will see if there is any way I can help. I am a pediatric nurse that was a manager of the peds cases with a home health agency...and a professional organizer. Maybe I can be of some help to you. I can picture your situation as I had a client in almost the same place as you. (Except their child was older and she could hardly get him upstairs to his bedroom anymore).
Ice cream saves me some nights! Yummo! I am counting down the days to a good night of drinking, though. Thanks for finding me. I'm still new to the twitter moms and haven't figured it out. I'm going to keep trying. Love the minivan pictures! It's all about the minivan for us, too. :)
I am sorry that you have been at the hospital with a sick son. I hope he gets better soon!! =) You've got my vibes. I use my companies multi vitamin for energy and vitality. And, yes...I do know Jessica (in my computer at least! haha). As for motivation...if you are looking for the motivation to work out or get healthy...all I can say is buckle down, make it a plan, and set goals. Reaching goals keeps you focused and motivated! =) Motivation for cleaning house, etc...wrong number! haha.

Yeah, 4 kids, LOL, I didn't realize that was 'so' many until I saw 4 kids listed on the 'larger' family groups here, LOL
It's fun!
