Make it fun and make it mandatory. I know so many kids who do not want to bathe, go to bed on time, or brush their teeth...and guess what we make them do it. But eat veggies and I mean five a day - we let them get away with poor nutrition! Here ar...

Do you have a Twitter account? What do you tweet about?

I tweet about my fight with breast cancer and becoming a mom for the first time. I have been trying to find more people to follow me so that I can spread awareness:

Ahh...thank you for explaining that, Evelyn. I wouldn't have had any idea about that! I love to learn, but have SO far to go...

Don't recall, but don't think I asked you yet, do you ever use homeopathic remedies?

Blessings!

Sorry, not clear on a couple of things. "Many things in nature are blood thinners -fish oil for example, the best way to tell is if you are overdosing is if you have easy breasing" Easy breathing? And what would that be? I don't ever take aspirin or any medication. Am thrilled with the results we're getting with homeopathic. Would like to know more about healing with herbs. And know you can overdose on them, as with synthetic medication.

What do you use stevia on/with?

Blessings!

Curious. Do you do anything with cayenne pepper for heart attack/symptoms? I've heard amazing things about it and believe it's been helpful for me. But I don't know much. My daughter told me it can be a natural blood thinner, and that you can't overdose on it. But I am cautious on that, and guessing that one could overdose on it. Your thoughts???

And most people don't realize the hype about cholesterol! So sad :/ They don't realize cholesterol is their FRIEND! With a very important job to do. Cholesterol is like fire-engines racing to problem spots to fix/heal. And the majority of docs have people working to stomp on their fire-engines!!!

Ahh...sometimes it's more difficult because of knowing enough to be disturbed by what is being foisted upon all these innocent people. VERY glad many are starting to wake up and think for themselves and research for themselves and search out enlightened health care providers :)

You are right, too many people believe just because it is 'natural' that it is could not do any harm. So glad YOU are aware, Evelyn! And taking the path that you are.

Blessings!

Yes, I know that most pharma meds are vagely connected with what is available in nature. And that they go the synthetic route :/

You have me totally interested in learning more about the natural antibiotics. I know the ones we use are helping us, ginger, coconut oil, silver solution, etc. But I want to know MORE so I can bless my family and LOTS of others with the info!

I do have a strong respect for the cultural traditions of ethnic groups around the world whereby they heal via food. That is why I use the Nourishing Traditions cookbook by Sally Fallon as one of my favs. Include a bit of different (and yummy) versions of fermented foods in every meal, etc.

Great to know you're doing the essential oils detox program for your clients and for yourself!

Thank you for the additional info, Evelyn. I'll be doing a promotion/education Raw Milk booth this Saturday and love to equip myself with as much info as possible to be ready to help as many as possible with their health issues. Also, just found this great site - www.Raw-Milk-Facts.com

Blessings!

Just looked at the Garden of Joy site, that excites me a LOT! I love what Will Allen is doing along that line as well. And I want to see lots more of it across our continent and around the world!

Will email Pat Betty about EO, Thank you much for the recommend!
