A little about yourself...
Hello, Twitter Moms! Thanks for stopping by.

I'm a proud mom of one son, grandmother of two who is passionate about plants, particularly native plants, and living a balanced and natural life.

I became interested in plants when I was 4 years old and enjoyed foraging on them - how cool is it to go outside and sit on the ground and eat what you pick!? Because of those childhood experiences I deeply value the connection humans have with the natural world, and fascinated by the plant kingdom - it's simply amazing!

I hope I can provide you with good information on some of the most common issues we face these days. I enjoy helping others learn how to live more Green, and how to have a toxic-free home.

I've used herbal remedies since the age of 15 and began using essential oils 20 years ago. I still use herbs (dried and fresh) but I no longer use them for healing wounds or for wellness, instead I use pure therapeutic-grade essential oils, why? Quite simply, therapeutic essential oils work much better and a lot faster.

As a traditional Feng Shui practitioner, Native Plant/garden room/backyard wildlife Landscape designer, and training in Space Clearing, Qi Gong Healing, Herbalist, and over 20 years experience in using essential oils I enjoy helping others meet and exceed their desires for creating a Home of Wellness and Balance.

My Young Living Essential Oils business is what I do full-time, a home-based business. I enjoy helping my customers find solutions to common challenges in daily life, and mentoring and coaching the wonderful people who have found me because they were looking to bring into their lives a greater purpose for all. We seek to share the wisdom of our ancestors, humankind's first medicine, essential oils, and taking steps closer to making the world a Greener and safer place.

BTW, did I tell you my beloved stepmom has devoted half of her garden to dandelions? She said she's feeling great since she started drinking dandelion tea. And she was interested when I told her about your post on the Dandelion Magic :) Thank you!

I SO agree with you, that people would not choose as they do if they had all the facts (that certain greedy corporations and gov't agencies don't want them to have).

Have you been able to see Food, Inc. yet? My daughter and I saw it last Friday and have been promoting locally as well as online.

Did you read what Michael Pollan wrote of your childhood hero in his book that focused, at least in part, on apples? Love his writing. Don't always agree with him but appreciate his efforts very much.

I'm SO excited, the worm herd in my dining room has produced a glorious compost already, time to harvest (the lazy harvester way). Can't wait to get a bit more experience with this so I can help LOTS of others do the same. Just imagine, millions of folk using/selling/giving away rich, organic "dirt"!!!

Blessings!

Guard dog? I understand! It's a passion of mine. Can't help myself, ha!

Does it spill over into other areas for you? The more I learn, the more I've
gotta get the message out.

Blessings on your week...

Your blog story of your English paper expose on the toxicity of commercial oranges is great, Evelyn!

Amazing that you picked up so intensely on Nadar's message. Glad you're keeping up the good work.
