- A little about yourself...
- After 10 years practicing Internal Medicine, caring primarily for women and teens, I'm now running our family's riding stable, writing contemporary women's fiction and enjoying my daughter's teen years. I care deeply about families and relationships, and have a lot of insight into both, and also into healthy weight loss without drugs or living on "rabbit food." (I lost 100 pounds and I've kept it off for 5 years now.)
