Work as a parent educator - offer workshops to parents ( especially moms) to refine parenting skills and exercise the elimination of guilt and self forgiveness.
Advocate for self care, supporting women to take care of themselves first; Hey there's a reason you put on the mask first when the plane is going down! So you can be conscious enough to save the kiddies! SO why not save yourself now - leaves you ready to cope....
I've published a book called Wishing; diaries of a teen pregnancy and am a HUGE advocate for talking with teens about personal responsibility and choice.
I love the winter! Walking in snow storms, sitting in the sun while the snow melts. The I love spring and fall - summers ok but really overrated when it's HOT and Humid.
