Earth Promise: It's Time to Help a Hero

As you know, Earth Promise has formed a relationship with Changents, a site that “connects Agents of Change with a fan base of Backers around the world, enabling them to create change together.” Not only have I posted some blogs about the site in general, but have begun interviewing some of the most incredible Heroes.

When I first found Changents, I registered to be on their mailing list. Yesterday’s emai… Continue

Earth Promise:It’s Time To “Bag” Plastic Bags

Although many of us tote around some great reusable cloth bags and there are countless anti-plastic campaigns for us to partake in, we still need to put pressure on the plastic bag industry. World plastic bag consumption takes millions of barrels of oil and masses of natural gas to produce these convenient… Continue

Love this one too! I was at a conference all day on interactive media. Very interesting. I will post your blog post on our facebook pages tomorrow morning. And I am meeting with Hansen's tomorrow too so your blog post will really help us. So thanks again.

I hope to work your site into our news release! Now that you have joined the flip flop effort.

More tomorrow.

Great I will try to call you tonight. Hansen's gives 10% off of a new pair when you bring in an old pair. I also got the woman in charge of the public pools to let me have any flip flops left in the lost and found.

Haven't been able to get anyone to leave a container out yet, they are keeping the flip flops in the back of the store we had posters and flyers made up, we could easily modify with different retail information if the stores wanted to put posters in their stores. I also am waiting on a small shipment of products, bracelets and earrings made from the flip flops. These can be purchased by the store (very inexpensive) as samples or to sell (another way for me to cover the shipping costs).

Send me your email and i can email you the flyer and poster.

How exciting!

Shipping to Africa is expensive, I am working on a corporate sponsor for that.
