I had never experienced anything so bad in my life. Did you know that only 1 in every 1000 women get post-partum psychosis? I just happened to be the lucky 1 in that group. But I am dealing with life now, and still have a form of depression, just not as bad. I am over the post-partum, thank goodness. How bad was yours?
