Thanks. Funny though because when I feel unwell, i make sure I keep active. [kind of opposite to rest] It's just that once I rest, it seems to get worse whereas when I get busy, the illness seems to go away or at least stay tolerable

Nutrition is SO important when you're sick. I also like to do some yoga to stretch my body and usually recommend that for my clients as well. Anything with heavy cardio/breathing is not recommended since it's too much for your body when it's worki...
