Oh, the action around here!
I live in Canada and have 6 kids...so on long winter nights we love the following:
Movie nite: we pick a movie, popcorn and of course Jammies! my youngest daughter loves this, I think it's the snuggling that they enjoy the most!!!

I would choose to be the "Fortune Teller Lady" as I already have a unique ability to 'connect with others' and I'm told I have a big "lucky horse shoe" attatche...
As a mom of six, I think I would have liked to know more about what happens after having the baby and some tips on 'self-care'.
But here is one of my best tips for a soon to be mom "Music helps! soothing music while baby is in the womb truly works...
When I got divorced the people I was thinking of the most were my two children and how this would affect them.
Like alot of parents who get divorced, I stayed in a very unhealthy relationship for the kids.

Working moms vs Stay at Home Moms!
I watched Dr. Phil the other day and this was his topic! Wow!
I couldn't believe how strongly against working moms, some of the stay at home moms were. Well, probably just one in particular. She shared that staying at home was the 'be all' for moms, and anyone who chose any differently should be ashamed!
Now, I love my children (4 natural and 2 stepsons), but I distinctly remember when my oldest ones were 4 1/2 and 6 mths old my thoughts and feelings.

How does Divorce Affect Children?
When I got divorced the people I was thinking of the most were my two children and how this would affect them.

My youngest was only five at the time and he fared pretty well, my older daughter on the other hand had a pretty rough go of it! She was almost nine and stayed 'mad and angry at mom until she was around fourteen'.

How to shorten a URL!
Before I started using Twitter, I never really cared about shortening my URLs or links.... I never really had a need to. Who cares how long links are ... right?
Well If ya think about it, you have seen those loooong extended links to a very specific place and sometimes the linkyness of it doesn't transfer. So... all the gobldy gook is there but it's not all part of the link.
With twitter you are limited with characters so shortening your URL has become more important.
