Very interesting, "adult" music that our kids couldn't get enough of was anything by Harry Belafonte, they loved him.

You are right babies should explore music naturally, a teacher directed music class is wrong for children so young. Giving a baby a tambourine and expected them to perform on cue could be detrimental to the child. They should be allowed to explore...
