- A little about yourself...
- I raised seven children and have seven young grandkids. I am the original barefoot and pregnant hippy mom. I had babies in the 70s and the 80s. I flipped houses with my husband and kids while teaching. He was a special ed teacher and I taught interior design psychology.
As a young widow who also lost a 25 year old daughter, I appreciate life and chose happiness. My speaker friends and I are presenting Bamboo Women Gathering in Irvine February 5-7, 2009.
I also do weekly free conference calls for authors helping with writing and promoting as a way to give back the love I've received.

Rather than shop the isles at Hallmark, we have called in the favors of artist friends and are providing beautiful, original art cards made especially for them, to theses brave and wonderful men and women as our way of saying
thanks.
We’ll send these to any active service member through eMail our Military, and soon you’ll be able to purchase a set to have sent by MOM to a deserving soldier or you can purchase them for your own use! We’re so excited to be providing these beautiful art cards to people who deserve only the best for sacrificing so much - time away from the ones they love.
How can you help? We need your original art scanned and sent to us or one card that we can scan. All the details are on the site (see below) or email if you have questions.
