Oh, the action around here!

I think you're "pro" if you're making at least a part time income from it, so probably $1000/month minimum.

Courtney, I think you'll be able to get the most success per hour spent working if you focus on building a blog that people really want to read. While there are a lot of paid writing opportunities out there, they are actually quite low paying whe...

Over the past year I've read so much about branding.. and I thought I was doing OK. Then, in the past month, everything has exploded in all the good ways. More subscribers, more ad sales, more opportunities, etc. I have now realized that starxlr8...

The thing that is important to remember, is that you need to replace the RSS feed (the URL) that came standard with your blog with the new address that feedburner creates for you (feeds2.feedburner.com/yourfeed). One easy way to do this in WordPre...

I built up 500 subscribers to my feed over 4 months and I have two key hints: 1. Find a group of like-minded people and get involved, especially by posting genuine comments on their blogs and contributing in a forum. 2. Offer valuable or very int...

I end up spending more time than I should blogging while at my day job. I try to do mentally-intensive things early in the day and then just tidy things up late at night. However, I found switching things up helps too. Last night I recorded an au...

I use Lijit and like it fairly well. It works better than WP's internal search engine. I like that Lijit sends me weekly stats on my searches.

I think the best way to start is by writing and reading, a lot. Figure out what your blog is about and start sharing your wisdom. Spend the rest of your time reading and commenting on other blogs in your niche. There are many blogs, like ProBlogg...

I use Photoshop Elements because 1.) its inexpensive software and 2.) it can get you pretty darn close to the look of paper, without all the fuss. I started digiscrapping a year ago and its now my obsession.

Do you write for kids? Do you write for adults? Fantasy? Fiction? History? Let's face it, you write alone, but you don't have to be alone. Let's support each other.

Great to have you here! We've got an incredible group of women connecting on all sorts of topics, so kick back and make yourself at home. Check out the Twittermoms groups (we have something for everybody). The Twittermoms discussions are quite entertaining, too. Or, just get to know your fellow Twittermoms by browsing some Twittermoms profiles or searching for moms who share your interests, add friends, and start twittering with some incredibly smart and interesting moms.

PS: Let your friends know when you're on twittermoms with a click of the Announce Yourself link in your welcome box. If your Twitter friends are interested, they can check out the cool new place you've found!

Again -- if there is anything I can do for you, please let me know.

PPS: We invite all bloggers to join the TwitterMoms Blog Network. It's a free, easy way to build blog traffic.;
