- Mom with one teenage son and 2 adult step children. I run my own horse boarding and training barn. As all moms, I am continuing to try to figure out how to juggle all the "hats" and keep who you are balanced.

Thanks for your comment on my broad. Even though I have purchased the Magnetic sponsoring, I didn't promote it because I don't think it is my mission.However, I do like the value of the e-book, it teaches me a lot of things.
Even though I am new with the NM industry, I have done a little research on the history on it, from 90;s until now. People in this industry now are networking online, that's why the "saviour" always said, throw away your list, no chasing prospect etc...They are helping you to build you network online, work more effectively and efficently.
However, working online or offline is a lot more the same, we have to be active in the group and the vital point is, we have to gain from ourselves, improve ourselves to be a professional. This is the impact of information technology, if you are not going to study a lot more, you will be fade out of the scene quickly. Every study is only a beginning, the more you get, the more you gain, the more people pursue.

In the case you are sure how to do that I will tell you.
You can use any word for your hyper link.
So if I type in GO TO MY PAGE HERE
I highlight the word or the phrase I want to show. Then you need to click on the hyper link button. It is the one right above your blog post that looks like the infinity symbol.
A box will appear and will have the http:// in it already. All you have to do next is after the http:// put in your www.(yourdomainmane).com
Here s an example of yours I did for you.
You can write something like this:
Hey everyone I am getting some really great response on this new item I have been testing out myself and want to know what you think about it. If you get this for yourself let me know how you like it so I can share your opinion with other folks that might be interested..Go here to check it out! DISCOVERAVIA

Also be careful on putting really big pics on other pages. You do not want to look like a spammer.
