Oh, the action around here!
Someone else will tweet on Oprah's behalf, anyway, and there will be so many teets full of info- it's much beter to visit her website to gather what we want from her. I have stopped following the well-knowns on twitter- it's constant info overload...

So what is your rule of thumb when you change the measurements? Since you are actually adding more liquid- anyone?
We cleaned up our diet but didn't go gluten free- it was too long ago. But we were, and still are, macrobiotic no dairy, sugar and chemicalized foods. We added in filtered water, magnetic sleep system, insoles and necklace. Happy to tell you about...
I am baffled that so many recipes have sugar in them. I think sugar is a huge culprit for our digestive system and our body in general. If we are going to the trouble of eliminating gluten, it's not very difficult to substitute sweeteners that are...
Ann, I'd be interested to see the full disclosure of ingredients and see how the product shapes up on www.safecosmetics.com. Sounds like it's pretty clean and gluten free is helpful for some people. Let us know the details. In Health,Joan
