No need to be jealous! I have not done this for soooooo long! The key is to do more "get-aways" -- no need to shop, the time away and the spahhhhh is the key....
First off, JEALOUS!
My favorite time out is usually with the girls, SPAAAAAH day, hair or nails, then dinner and a night out with good music and friends.

Oriental Trading Company -- will get you started on projects, or it can give you ideas. You normally have to buy bulk, but it's great for play dates, birthday parties, etc... Local craft stores are full of ideas as well.
being away from my kids is what I can get , but I find if I look in a bookstore..I'm okay for a while or if I spend money on me.
yeah the eky to it is a childcare swap otherwise it isnt really worth it. My mom came and did it because it was my birthday and she can get the baby to take pumped milk. otherwise I would have had to wait for Netflix. Sad but true. It made it feel...
