A little about yourself...: My life's work is to empower women. I currently do that through helping women achieve empowering birth experiences and empowering women as mamas. I am a life coach, childbirth educator, birth doula and Personal Renewal Group Facilitator. My websites are http://www.themamacoach.com and http://www.thepregnancy coach.com.

Equally as important to my life's work are my wonderful children, Jadyn, almost 5 and Destan, 13 months. They are the reason I continue to grow and give. They are my greatest inspiration!

I live in Huntington Beach, CA with my loving partner John and my 2 kiddos. Life is almost perfect!

What kinds of things do you typically Twitter about?: pregnancy, nursing, self-care, being a mama, empowerment, personal growth, etc.

What are your areas of interest?: mommyhood, business, work-at-home, politics, green living, travel, vegetarian/vegan, writing, breastfeeding
