Hair Tips on a Budget

I must confess, I have natural curly hair and most of my life I hated it! It seems like the hairstyles that I admire most are the ones that I can’t wear. I love straight hair, but I just wasn’t blessed with it. You can imagine how I have over the looked for products to help achieve a look that I admire. I recently found a hair brush made by Conair with great bristles and eco-friendly. The Conair Eco-Friendly Boar & Nylon Round Brush sells for about $12.99 and can be found anywhere Conair is… Continue

Help My Hair is Flat!

Q. How can I achieve body daily when my hair is flat & lifeless?

A. Hot rollers to the rescue! I recommend ionic rollers that emit steam rather than dry heat, which can damage your hair when used daily. Use your rollers 10 -15 minutes before you step out the door. Set the rollers in targeted spots (at the crown and on the sides). After releasing the rollers, shake out your hair and style with your fingers. This will give you a voluminous look. Add hairspray for a quick boost.… Continue

Tips for Healthy Lips

Part of my goal is to provide you with tools that you can implement immediately and that do not require you to make immediate purchases on products. We’ve taken some time to discuss the importance of paying attention to your lips. While I do believe that the best tool you can have in your makeup bag is an excellent lip balm, here’s a list to help improve the health of your lips.

* East plenty of green vegetables and fruits
* Eat foods rich in vitamins
* Increase your water intake.

It doesn’t seem to matter what age we are or what age our skin is acting we all want beautiful lips!

The lips are often the first to show the effects of winter. Since the lips have no oil glands we see the harness of weather dry and/or crack the lips. Starting on Monday I will spend so… Continue

The Review For Your Eyes

We have spent some time discussing several ways to care for the eye area, especially concentrating on the dark circles under the eye. To recap we can give our eyes their very own Spa! Secondly, we use specific products that target the eye area and will help to reduce and improve this delicate area. Lastly we can follow this simpl… Continue

Give your Eyes their very own Spa Treatment

Take a break from long days, dark circles or irritation from tweezing by opting for BeautiControl's® spa Nourishing Eye Pads. These have been the best eye pads I’ve ever tried. I keep mine in the refrigerator. Two of my favorite ingredients in the nourishing eye pads are the Witch Hazel Distilla which invigorates, restores, refreshes and stimulates the skin and I get the benefits of the cold cucumber. Formulated with nourishing vitamins and minerals will revitalize the entire eye area! The nouri… Continue

Superwoman! I feel like I’m a Superwoman sometimes, but I’m a Latin American mother of 2 who loves to laugh and share ideas that work!!!

In life we are always looking for the accomplishment of the people we want to follow. Accomplishments are important to some, they shape who or what they buy or befriend. I challenge you with this question: Do accomplishments make the person? Some people have a strong drive and are self motivated which in turn leads them to accomplish many, many things. Happy 2009!!!

It is so exciting that it is a brand New Year! The great part of a New Year is that we are starting with a brand new slate. One tradition that many people follow is to start the New Year with New Year’s Resolutions. After speaking with several friends, I have concluded that many start with a list that typically has the same items from the year before. Often at the top of our list are our fitness goals for the year. The word fit… Continue

So happy my children can have what I never had growing up!
Are you from Florida?
In addition to Real-Estate, I help families & individuals save money in the "Health department " Being that you are self employed I was thinking ... you & your family can benefit from what I have to offer.
