- I'm a mom of two girls, birth mentor and founder of Intentional Birth- a company dedicated to assisting women to discover empowered pregnancy and more conscious parenting. I have a weekly radio show on Blog Talk Radio where I interview experts on topics ranging from fertility to elimination communication.
I love to read and someday I'd like to play golf again (can't find the time with two kids, a husband, and a business). I'm also a distance runner, currently training for my second full marathon.
