I can certainly relate Arlene. I had two surgeries this summer as well. I was diagnosed with cancer of the kidney in June and had my left kidney removed in July. Then had my gallbladder removed Sept 1st.

Hi everyone, I am new to TwitterMoms. I have two precious girls 11 and 7.
I have a prayer request for you all. I was diagnosed with kidney cancer in June. I had surgery in July to have my kidney removed. Right now I am cancer free. Thank the Lord!...

I'm so sorry to hear about your surgeries. I'm praying that you're cancer free and remain that way indefinitely.
I hope quilting will keep your mind off things and we can stay in touch.
