- A little about yourself...
- Katerina’s passion to coach, train, teach, motivate and inspire others to be all that they are designed to be can be seen in action through out her entire life as she started speaking in Elementary School. She knew by the age 16 that being an Entrepreneur was the only way to fulfillment. Katerina went on to designing school and started her own designing business, eventually finding herself in the Real Estate industry and a 2nd degree black belt, certified instructor. She has traveled globally and nationally extensively.
She went on to have 6 children (5 by the time she was 30 years of age). She home schooled her 6 children along with a very lucrative Real Estate Career and an Owner of several Tae Kwon Do schools. During her career in Real Estate she has earned many honors, certificates and sales awards. The creation of her success was from coaching buyers and sellers as well as speaking at seminars on the mental process of buying and selling and creating win/win contracts for all parties involved.
As the owner of several Tae Kwon Do schools, she became one of the top marketing specialists, motivational coaches and breaking barriers coaches along with instructing. Katerina taught and coached goal setting, visions and dreams, stepping out of comfort zones, facing fears and breaking through limited beliefs, self-esteem, self-confidence, self-discipline in group and in one on one settings. She also took her coaching program to day care centers, schools, sports programs and art programs for children and adults.
Katerina has always had a passion to help others to see their greatness; breaking through their limiting beliefs to live the life of their dreams. With over 29 years of teaching, writing, speaking and coaching experience; her coaching causes her clients to stretch beyond their comfort zones and accept their magnificence. Her vision is to impart this knowledge and understanding on a global level and reach all those who want to discover their passion, purpose and voice.
With her entrepreneur experience and passion she jumped right into to become a self taught SEO strategist and has helped many of her clients reach dominate their online marketing. Katerina helps many small business owners to dominate the search engines and get organic traffic to their sites and blogs. She copywrites for many of her clients in specialized niches. There is always opportunity to increase your business.
I am a homeschooling mom of 6 children. I have a successful Real Estate Career. I am a former owner of Tae Kwon Do schools.
I have been a Realtor for over 25 years. My husband and I own our own Real Estate Brokerage in Wellington, Florida. We service people who need or desire to sell their homes and help people moving to Florida with their relocation needs. My strengths are marketing, consulting, communicating, teaching and coaching.
I am culturally diversified. I am first generation born American; my mother is from Latvia. I lived in Europe for 4 years, Hawaii for 5 years and throughout the States. I traveled throughout Asia for business.
My passion is to help others see their greatness; break through their limiting beliefs to live the life of their dreams. I have 29+ years of teaching & coaching experience. I use the law of attraction and universal laws in my coaching. My vision is to impart this knowledge and understanding on a global level and reach all those who want to discover their passion, purpose and voice!
