I was invited out for the 4th to a picnic while we watched the parade and I only ate one plate full they told me i could have taken some to go for later during the evening fireworks show, but i said no.
I am now a member of anytime fittness for about a year now. And I walk when I am not there. aot more in the summer then anyother time.
A group for moms who are either new to fitness or are veteran fitness fanatics. Let's share stories and offer encouragement while creating healthy bodies inside and out.
