I believe that by teaching our kids to cook & bake early it will cut back on them relying on fast food later on. They can learn healthy choices & also have a say in what they eat. We will share recipes made by our kids & family cooking traditions!

- A little about yourself...
- My name is Kia and I have created an interactive nutritional chart for kids that helps kids and parents keep track of all the fruits and veggies that are eaten during a day! Eating a rainbow of colourful produce is an important part of keep kids healthy! I came up with this chart as a fun way for my daughter Hannah to eat her fruits and veggies. Now our whole family eats rainbows :)
