- OKDHS has destroyed my family so they could get Bonus Money from the Adoptions and Safe Families Act of 1997. DHS agencies should be completely closed down until they can find a way to stop torturing little children and their families. Hopefully the Class Action Lawsuit against OKDHS will stop some of the abuse and neglect that OKDHS is prospering from doing.
