Mommy of a teenager girl, and two sets of twins - boy/girl age 5, and fraternal girls, age 3 1/2. I blog every day about marriage, parenthood, raising multiples, and parenting a child with autism.

I'm a new comer to the concept of gluten free, but fairly solid on the Nourishing Traditions way of eating, and notice that it seems to be mostly gluten free. Look forward to getting to know you.
