I am immensely proud of my sister. She has had a 4 week holistic makeover because her son almost died twice from vaccine-related injuries. She new nothing, and now she knows tons. Hopefully they will be able to recover him. Today he had a good day.
Hi Amanda. For what it is worth, I am pretty non-religious, but spiritual and attend a Buddhist center. That said, Tamara who started this group, is an inspirational person and there is a lot of wisdom in her messages.
I am into healing the body ...
I love my family, my life, and my adventures. My biggest joy outside of my family is helping people heal through using nourishing food. I also like to hike, work out, read, and laugh.
What kinds of things do you typically Twitter about?
My blog is about my family's healing journey using nutrient dense food. We have had an incredible year. Please visit to watch our videos showing how to make kefir, bone broth and sauerkraut.
Just a quick 'hi' and to say I'll email. Having a lot of trouble getting on the TM site, sometimes goes days without letting me on, so haven't been posting much here.
Blessings!

Laura, how you be? New jobs, etc???
You would not believe what I'm doing :) Talk about getting paid to do what you love to do anyway!!! Promoting and educating on raw milk,
working part time for Organic Pastures!
Yes Laura, thanks, I got it! I look forward to chatting with you soon about these health issues. Here is my email, let me know when is a good time for you. evelynmarieg@yahoo.com
Hi Laura, I sent you the invite with the wellness seminar. Before that, there is also one at 8pmEST at the same link. It talks about natural products for heart health, detoxing your home, and sharing this with others. Hope to see you there. I just read your blog and agree wholeheartedly!
I have just started a complete makeover, using raw fruits and vegetables to help in my weight-loss goals. I look forward to knowing more and reading your blog.
I'm writing to introduce you to a new website I launched for Triangle parents a little over a year ago. Triangle TRACKS, located online at www.triangletracks.com, is an acronym for "Tools, Resources and Activities for Carolina Kids." As a local mom of three and a former magazine editor, I've come across lots of great resources for kids in the Triangle region, so I decided to put them all on ONE website for local families to use. Triangle TRACKS is also a social networking site for parents, so those who join can post blogs, forums, calendar events and other information for other parents to see. I also issue a free, monthly e-newsletter filled with children’s events and resources planned for that month. Let me know if you’d like to subscribe.
Due to the success of Triangle TRACKS, I started Charlotte TRACKS at www.charlottetracks.com for parents in the Charlotte region last month. I’m hoping it will achieve the same success as Triangle TRACKS.
I wanted to reach out to you to find out if you could let your Triangle friends know about this site via email, Twitter or other social networking sites you belong to. And if you get a chance, let me know what you think of Triangle TRACKS.
Hi Laura - I know what you mean about fat contents! I try to eat somewhat low fat, but I look for & cook with natural fats rather than trans fats. I'd rather cook with butter and real sugar than used more processed items. I think in the long run it is much healthier! I also prefer to use smaller portions of good food than have a plate made up of processed synthetically made foods.
Thanks for the input! Gives me some great ideas for my next post!
Ck'd with Megan, she said she knows what I mean and will try to find out why the messaging option doesn't show up on some pages. And hopefully get it fixed.
