I love being a mom to my two teenage boys. I love to sew, knit & read. I am on a weight loss journey to better health. I have lost 92 pounds so far since starting on April 27th of 2008.

Weigh in update

I am posting to this long negelected blog..... I am happy to report that I am now down 79.4 pounds as of Sunday. I know the losing has slowed down, but I am still losing. I can see my goal weight and am very happy to be approaching it. YEAH!!! It can be done with consistancy and dedication.

Weigh in Sunday

Weigh in was good today. Not bad for having eaten out 3 times this week. I lost 0.6 pounds. For a grand total of 77.4. Now I am off to finish my new lunch bag.

Weigh in Sunday

Well I was very happy at weigh in this last Sunday. I made a mini-goal of losing weight this week despite of Thanksgiving. I lost 1.4 pounds bringing the total to 70 pounds. I did enjoy my dinner although didn't stuff myself as in years past. It can be done!!!

I forgot to post last Sunday...

I have had a brain lapse.... I went to weigh in last Sunday and forgot to post. Well I lost 3 more pounds last week. This means I can eat lots today... hehehe not really. So the grand total of loss is 68.6 pounds. WOOOHOO only 31.4 pounds to go. Have a super Thanksgiving.
