Thanx for sharing that Leslie. My son loves pizza too and I like to make him some mini pizzas on whole wheat english muffins. I keep saying that I'm going to make a big batch and quick freeze them, but haven't gotten to it yet. I certainly hope he stays with this healthy lifestyle. Actually, I think this is one where I'll put my foot down--it's non-negotiable. lol!
