A little about yourself...

I'm a mom, a literacy expert, and print publisher who developed and marketed educational products used by teachers and students in the US, the UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, and other countries.

Most online folks know me as the CEO of SOBCon and author of Successful-blog.com who writes about business, social media, and how the head and heart engage to make a fiercely loyal customer. I key theme I speak on is what makes things irresistible -- what keeps people coming back -- from literacy, editorial, design, and marketing sensitivities.
