In honor of Fire Safety week, the local fire company visited Fae’s preschool yesterday.

(Prior to their visit, I told her teacher about the issue Fae had with the fire trailer and how she freaked out. They had to carry her out of there crying and screaming. I wanted them to be prepared in case anything like that happened again. After all, there were going to practice fire drills with the real alarms in the school.)

Well, I got my algebra test grade back today and I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed. I got a 67%… I didn’t think I aced the test, but I thought I did a little better. Math and I, well, we really don’t get along. Put me in a testing situation, and it gets even worse. Stuff I knew how to do when home working on homework flies out of my head when it “really counts”. ::sigh::
