I have found my solution as well. I am not DIETING, I am eating for life. I have a great support system, my husband, kids, and my TOPS group. I feel so much better than I did last year, physically and mentally. I am also going to a therapist. My best thing I discovered were two books. "Fat Is a Family Affair" by Judy Hollis, and "Why Can't I Ever Be Good Enough" by Joan Rubin-Deutsch. I am not completely out of the woods but can at least see the edge and the sky now. I did read your excerpts, I will put it on my Books to Buy list.

A little about yourself...
I am a Mom with four children. 33, 32, 20 & 10 . Yes you are reading that right!
I am a mixed media artist with a strong leaning towards JEWLERY DESIGN. Actaully I consider myself a collector of color. I love color and a find ideas everywhere for all of my designs. Whether it is a piece of fabric that I see and like the pattern and morph it into designing a NECKLACE. Or a perfect color of green in a bush that I decide would be the ideal shade for a pack of GREETING CARDS I am designing. I also DECOUPAGE with stunning french hand made paper. The list is endless. My store on ETSY is throughmariseyes. My company name Through Mari's Eyes~ I also have a dot com web site under my name.
So refreshing to see creative MOM'S all together. So inspiring.
I am also a SELF PUBLISHED AUTHOR - The Healing(true tales of a food addict) is my first published book. I have sold all over the U.S., Canada & U.K.
