Get the Hersheys out of the house, you don't need it and your kids don't need it. I am not buying my Haloween candy untill the day before becuz I know we will eat it all. If its not there you can't be tempted. Good for you with bootcam...

Yeah!!! Good for you. I am so excited for you. I do bootcamp too. It's tough but thats the way to really jump in. Once you start exercising you will natuarly start to eat better, the 2 go hand in hand. Keep us posted and good luck.

The thing that helped me the most was joining classes, not just a gym but actual classes that you commit to. If I didn't have this it would be very hard to stay motivated. Also, look for a friend to work out with, this keeps you accountab...
