A little about yourself...
a successful high technology marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing strategy, integrated marketing, viral marketing, social media and new media techniques. In addition to working full time, I am actively involved in a foundation that supports a non-profit educational institution with a preschool, elementary (K-5) and middle school programs. In addition to enjoying marketing and leadership development, the best times are when I am active outside with my two sons. It is common to find me hiking in the mountains of Pine or dirt biking on the Rim. When winter comes, the family heads to the ski slopes for skiing and boarding.

Personal vs professional persona

As a professional working mom, I have worked hard to create a corporate persona and image. Where I am the same person at work as home, I may not express myself in the same way. Working for a Fortune 100 company with mostly men in the upper management ranks, I have certain boundaries and aspects of life that are closed. As a senior manager, I am held to a different standard.
