A little about yourself...: I am a 34 yr old mother,wife,sister,nurse,friend,etc. I have 5&6 yr old girls. I also have an 11 yr old sister whom i've had custody of since she was 6 wks old. I am overweight and have been dealing with it actively for some time now. I used to be a full time worker bee and now I work less than part-time. So, I am dealing with suburban boredam along with other things. I also, have had a difficult childhood so I am trying to develop my writing to express myself while developing relationships with those I feel who wronged me in the past.

What kinds of things do you typically Twitter about?: Just starting to Twit. Trying to get into it. Parenting,being a wife and mother.Trying to develop new relationships,career,education.

What are your areas of interest?: mommyhood, blogging, home & garden, social media, crafting, twitter, work-at-home, politics, green living, fashion and beauty, fitness, movies, wine, writing, reality tv, decorating

The Death of an Icon.

It is so sad for me to hear about Michael Jackson's death. He was such a big influence for my generation as well as others. He made me love all types of music and not be afraid to dance. He was the first reason I ever tuned into MTV. I had never heard of that station previously and if i'm not mistaken, he gave that channel incredible credibility. Not to mention the fact that MTV would not play black music. Love You Michael! You will always be the King of POP.
