Homeschooling

Great article! I will have to show this to a few "non-believers" so to speak who are questioning my possible plans to homeschool my 14 year old here soon and for sure plans to homeschool my younger boys (3 and 1).

A little about yourself...: I am a mom to 5 wonderful children. Four boys and 1 baby girl. I have been married a liitle more than 13 years to my husband, Pat. We are a Christian Homeschooling family. I enjoy the outdoors with my family and the occassional message by myself. =)

It Won't Be Like This For Long

I heard a song today that really grabbed my heart. "It won't be like this for long" by Darius Rucker. It reminded me that nothing lasts for long. We should embrace and enjoy the season of life we are in right now, and the season of life each of our children are in right now. Warning: Do Not Tickle Your Kids!

Be careful how much you tickle your kids when they are little. When they grow bigger they are relentless. Our older 3 boys (ages 12,9,and 5) gang up on me. I start laughing before they even touch me.
