Melissa: Thanks for sharing your heartfelt thoughts and happenings in your life. First, we are all here for you; so, be in touch whenever. Secondly, with such a wonderful love between the two of you, the grief and pain will be great...as deep as the love was/is...as deep will be the pain and loss. Depending on your belief system....she will be watching over you and at times, you may be aware of this....it will be heartwarming when you do and your spirits will connect again....now is just a space, inbetween. I lost my Mom on Christmas eve, when I was young. For now, let the tears out and let the grieving process have its time; this will be part of your healing and going on. Others around you will also love and support you...take time for this to be received and there will eventually be others in your circle who will need you and it always helps to focus on others and their needs, when you are up to it.

husband

I have been married almost 7 years,the struggles we have been through,well today my husband told me its over,he's not happy,and for some reason i cant stop crying,i know its my fault i pushed him away,we have 3 wonderful little boys together ages 5,4,and 2. I just dont know what to do how do i cope?
