I have a degree in exercise physiology and still wasn't making time to get to the gym once I had kids. I found the Beachbody program (P90X is one of the great workouts) and LOVE the videos and the online community of support! It's like a very focused online social network...let me know if you want more info.

you can google it and see. it's pretty intense but very rewarding. i think the key to sticking with the progam is that they make you take a "before" picture... which of course is horrific.... but very motivating as well.... it made me stick it out 30 days at a time... you take photos at 0, 30, 60 and 90 days... and the difference is unbelieveable. it's worth looking into.

A little about yourself...: I am a mom of three wonderful children. Garrett is 11, Jaiden is 7 and Bennett is 2. I have an awesome husband, who owns his own electric company. I couldn't ask for a better life!!! Well, maybe a few things!!! :)
