Just giving this a little bump! A new hint was added today - good luck!

I can't really pick one or the other. I like Facebook because many of my real life friends use it, and it's a full website. I like Twitter because it can instantly improve your website's page views. If I had to give up one or the other, I'm not su...

My all time favorite holiday treat is a Pistachio and cream cheese pudding that my sister in law makes. It's amazing! One year there was a whole pan left over and I got to eat it by myself (over a few days, of course!).

I usually purchase all natural vegetable cleaners, but I never thought of just making my own! I'm already using baking soda and vinegar for most of my all purpose cleaning anyway, so a few more ingredients would probably be a snap! Are the ingred...

Would those be the shots that aren't supposed to be given to children, but that are being given out anyway because we're at the bottom of the waiting list for the child-safe version? It's just scary.

What's In Your Diaper Bag?

The apartment building that my family lives in is getting old. Things are constantly malfunctioning, and one of the worst offenders is the fire alarm. Every summer the building gets over heated, and the alarms go off at 2 am nearly every night.

This was irritating enough… Continue

A Great Mother-Daughter Craft Project

A really great way to spend a lazy Sunday around the house is doing crafts. When I think back to my days doing private daycare, I remember that sometimes the idea of hauling out glitter and glue just to make something that will hang on the fridge for awhile seemed like a big chore.

That's probably one of the reasons that I love beading so much. No matter what you make,… Continue

Super Easy Gift Boxes

This was one of my favorite holiday crafts growing up. My grandmother used to give us all of her Christmas cards from the previous year, and we would get to work folding them into tiny little gift boxes to decorate the tree, or put presents in.

When I decided to add the directions to my greeting card recycling website, I had a hard time remembering how to make them. I remembered the… Continue

Finally Getting Rid of Psoriasis

When my son had a sudden outbreak of weird, scaly skin on his cheek, we figured it would go away on it's own. When it didn't, we took him for a check up, and the doctor wrote us a prescription for cortezone cream.

I was amazed at the long list of warnings and side effects. Although we wanted our son's skin to be healthy, I was a little unsure if it was worth the risk to his over all health. Still, we decided to give it a try and monitor him closely.

We started applying the cream twice daily in… Continue

Thanks for visiting my blog, and for your comment. I have not checked with the rental board...that is a great idea! We are about to move (only living here for a 7 month lease), so hopefully we won't even have to worry about it where we live next.
