I have just bought two pocket wizards, but I went on vacation and haven't had the chance to use them yet.
I know that they are very easy to use and if this helps, here is a fabulous tutorial at strobist that should help you out.

Hi ladies!
My name is Hallie and I have not yet had the chance to introduce myself. So hello everyone!
I started a group some time ago for folks interested in improving their photography skills or for anyone that is stumped by that new DSLR that you just purchased and have the desire to take it to the next level. Please feel free to stop by and join Through the Lens: Digital Photography 101. You can also join here by sending a blank email to: ThroughTheLens-DigitalPhotography101-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.
There are assignments to help you learn the technical aspects of your camera as well as challenges to help you grow in your new found skills. Once you complete the assignments, you can upload them to your own blog and then come back to link up with your finished photo. There is also a Flickr' group where your photos can be shared.
You can find today's challenge here.
