You know if you support your immune system you probably will do better than all the dis-infecting.. There is a product you can get at the health food store called Colostrum. It enhances the immune system and helps prevents viruses attaching themselves. I will send you a link to a video you can watch that helps you understand a little more... Not to sound like a commercial, but the company I am with is all about this, helping others learn about how an enhanced immune system can change the landscape of your health.
Most of us "think" we are healthy, but we are actually losing
3% of our immune function every year due to over processed foods, toxins ect.. If you want to know more I would be glad to tell you, it would help fight the flu and cold bugs!
