I remember what i always tell my class during WLChallenges/ Nutrition class that, " Don't just aim for the numbers. Ask your inner self WHY are you doing this, try to find your true motivation...btw,

Fortunatly I don't feel that tired... maybe I am not sleeping enough, but I was sleeping almost all 9 months none stop, so it is ok now! And in general it doesn't change much my quality of life.
By the way, I would never say that you have 20 years old child! You look great!!! :-)
