A little about yourself...

I am the Mother of 4 yr old twins. I've been married for 17 years. I am a Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis instructor at My home studio and at the Absolute Yoga and Pilates Studio. I enjoy Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Yoga, working out at the Gym and running. I love spending time with my family.
