We recently read "The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins" by Dr. Seuss. - and I do like to say on theme!

I have taken to hats this year like never before. Perhaps I just finally got my hair length just right - but darn it if I don't (think I) look cute! Anywho - (and I am not just saying this - but I know that crocheting does relieve stress for you) this one is my fave . . .can I wash it?

Cause I rarely wash my hair - no need - I wear hats every day!!!!!!!!

Hello, Rebecca and How are you? How is your week? I too sell Barefoot Books. Only I mostly use it for myself. The business I work is Watkins. I too homeschooled my daughter and it was not always easy. Then she decided to go back into public school and was there for about 6 months before she was killed. Have a wonderful day and a great week and I hope we can speak soon.

Good luck with school. I'm not even close to making that kind of decision, a few more years before we enter school. Thanks for joining Bloggers Give. Do you have any ideas to share with us?

Year of the OX

To celebrate the Chinese New Year Theo's class had moon cakes! Theo being the sweet big brother he is ( and an incredible picky eater) brought home his moon cake for his sister. Theo also brought in a copy of the Great Race to share with his class. The Great Race is a fantastic book that tells the story of the Chinese Zodiac. Gabbie and her class painted a card board box and used it to make a dragon head for there parade! So fun!!!

To School or Not To School

About a year and a half ago we made the decission to home school our son. It was probably one of the hardest decions we made as a family. Today marks the day we decided to try school again :)
We found an amazing school that we feel will help our son be the person we know he can be. Nothing is set in stone but the application is in and we are well on the way to no longer being able to be called a homeschooling family. Keep your fingers crossed that is all goes smoothly and my sweet boy will be in… Continue
