Indoor air is often polluted worse than outdoor air. A good air purifier can help, but running it day and night is cost prohibitive. We can take other steps to help cut down on allergens and sensitivities that cause that “Sneeze” in your Organic Space! Daily

Ok, this maybe out of the box thinking, but at least consider it. Using paper towels in the bathroom helps save on laundry, and reduces germ transference. My Mom sometimes leaves out those nicely decorated hand paper towels in the guest bathroom during holidays. They are so pretty you almost don’t want to use them. 2 Frozen bananas, if you are not working with a high powered mixer, let bananas get slightly soft before mixing.
The juice & meat from an organic young coconut
4 organic medjool dates
2 tbl or organic, raw honey
