- A little about yourself...
- I'm 32 years old, and have become a member of this site to join the group "mom's living with RA". I have been living with RA for the last 10 or so years (give or take a year or two). I am hoping to be able to give and get support from others with RA.
I am a first time mother of four month old Preston. He is the light of my life, and I love him with all of my heart.
My profile picture is of me after I lost over 100lbs (unfortunately I gained a whole bunch of it back during and after pregnancy). I've done it once before and know what it's like being 'smaller' and I'll do it again!!
I live with my partner Wayne, who also happens to be my best friend, we often finish each other's sentences. He brought to this relationship his 12 year old son, who he raised since 2 years old (I have much respect for a man who steps up and raises their child as a single parent). He also has another son that lives with the mother. Being a step-mom has it's challenges, and I get by one day at a time.
