- I'm a mom of three and passionate about writing. I work as a registered nurse to pay the bills at present, with a goal of transitioning to a successful freelance writing career.
I feel most grounded when connected to nature and am grateful to be surrounded by the natural beauty of the west coast of BC.

I've been in Campbell River, BC for the past 5 years or so but have moved around BC quite a bit. Grew up in Burnaby, lived in: Vancouver, Victoria, Queen Charlotte Islands, Courtenay.

How To Meditate
I know, it sounds ludicrous to even suggest meditation to busy moms. I remember when my kids were small, there was no way I could find 20 minutes to myself, let alone 20 minutes of quiet time. What I wish I had known then was that it doesn't take 20 minutes. It could take 20 minutes, but if you can find just 3 or 4 minutes to intentionally center yourself, still your body, still your mind, breathe consciously, it will begin to open the door to a more centered life.
