I'm loving this man. As a registered nurse, late to the game and never really feeling quite part of the regular nursey group, I was thrilled beyond comprehension to find the movie The Living Matrix. This isn't The Matrix with Keanu. The Living Mat...

I know, it sounds ludicrous to even suggest meditation to busy moms. I remember when my kids were small, there was no way I could find 20 minutes to myself, let alone 20 minutes of quiet time. What I wish I had known then was that it doesn't take ...

Change in Direction

I've made a decision to change the direction of my Abundant Mama blog, somewhat. It used to be a personal chronicle of my process and progress through prosperity consciousness The more I worked with this, the more obstacles were uncovered. Funny enough, those obstacles often were results of living a life enmeshed in emotional abuse.

I updated my About page on the site and added… Continue

Dr. Eric Pearl Rocks

I'm loving this man. As a registered nurse, late to the game and never really feeling quite part of the regular nursey group, I was thrilled beyond comprehension to find the movie The Living Matrix. This isn't The Matrix with Keanu. The Living Matrix is a documentary on the new science of healing. The film begins with Dr. Eric Pearl. I've built a web page for more information here.

I am pleased to be able to attend The Reconnection Seminar i… Continue

It could take 20 minutes, but if you can find just 3 or 4 minutes to intentionally center yourself, still your body, still your mind, breathe consciously, it will begin to open the door to a more centered life. You will be better for it, you… Continue

Great to have you here! We've got an incredible group of women connecting on all sorts of topics, so kick back and make yourself at home. Check out the Twittermoms groups (we have something for everybody). The Twittermoms discussions are quite entertaining, too. Or, just get to know your fellow Twittermoms by browsing some Twittermoms profiles or searching for moms who share your interests, add friends, and start twittering with some incredibly smart and interesting moms.

PS: Let your friends know when you're on twittermoms with a click of the Announce Yourself link in your welcome box. If your Twitter friends are interested, they can check out the cool new place you've found!

Again -- if there is anything I can do for you, please let me know.
